Oregon Career and Technical Student Organizations (OCTSO), which was formerly known as the Student Leadership Development Center (SLDC), provides state leadership and management for the seven Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) in Oregon.  On September 18, 2009, OCTSO moved back across the street to 2611 Pringle Rd SE.  The mailing address remains the same, but the fax number has changed.
